Family with children friendly
I had a pleasant weekend with my family! ! The owner was super accommodating and even helped us sort our dietary needs during breakfast. The warm breakfast served was just what we needed before heading out for the day!
It wasn’t the cheapest place, but for what we got, it was acceptable.

The location was very close to the ferry terminal and within
Walking distance to the main street in Brodick. The room was clean and had all the necessities including a fridge. Breakfast was a highlight, freshly cooked and served at our requested time. the house could benefit from some modernization.

Unfortunately, the furniture looked like it had seen better days and was in desperate need of an upgrade. The room had a persistent damp smell, with some areas showing signs of mold, especially in the corners. Water pressure was a consistent problem, as the toilet struggled to flush properly. the kettle was broken and the lid was exposed, which isn't the best for safety. Breakfast was served in time slots, which, while organized, left little room for flexibility.

Comfortable room, pleasant breakfast, including a selection of cereals and a fresh cooked meal, with the convenience of free parking available on site for easy exploration of the area.
